At Urbanora, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at Support@urbanorashop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are damaged through misuse, missing original packaging, or returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
